Steps Across The Bahamas is a joint effort that works alongside local churches throughout The Bahamas. Its main focus is organizing Evangelism events and offering leadership and discipleship training. By connecting with congregations across the islands, the initiative strives to foster spiritual development and strengthen church communities.

Jesus answered, “I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me. John 14:6

Initiative Objectives

Empowering Communities: This initiative delivers spiritual guidance, helping local communities build strong foundations of faith.

Promoting Unity: By coordinating efforts among churches, Steps Across The Bahamas helps create unity and shared goals within the wider church network.

Developing Church Leaders: Training is provided for church leaders to enhance their leadership and mentoring skills within their congregations.

Events and Training

Evangelism events and training sessions are carefully arranged to create lasting positive change. The aim is to deepen participants' faith and establish ongoing mentorship opportunities in local churches. As a result, both leaders and members are prepared to offer meaningful guidance and support to their communities.

ONE OF OUR TRAINING EVENTS

What is Sharing Hope in Crisis and who is it for?

Sharing Hope in Crisis is a Billy Graham-RRT-sponsored training that helps equip Christians to offer the love and hope of Christ in any crisis situation. This training is offered to anyone regardless of whether they would like to become a chaplain, but it does meet one of the requirements to become an BG-RRT chaplain if so desired.
